In historical documents it is stated that Viliam Hrabovec made 19 astonishing teaching aids for pupils at Czechoslovak State Institute for the Blind in Levoča:
a tactile map of a country (1925-1926),
a hand wrought copper globe (1927),
a plaster national emblem of the Czechoslovak Republic (1926-1927),
a tactile wall map of the Czechoslovak Republic (1929-1930) that has been still placed in United Boarding School for the Blind in Levoča,
then a relief of Levoča’s town hall (1932-1933),
raised relief maps of Africa, South America and Asia (1933-1934),
raised relief map of North America (1934-1935).
He was rewarded with honourable credit of the Ministry of Education and National Public Education for all his work.
