The Night of Museums and Galleries is coming to the Museum of Special Education in Levoča, too.
Accept the invitation to the museum for an event full of unique atmosphere and unforgettable experiences. There is the Night of Museums and Galleries after a year again. This “holiday” of cultural stalls will be celebrated at the Museum of Special Education in Levoča. There will be an oversize game: “Man, don´t get angry” and interactive learning.
The Museum of Special Education in Levoča has prepared a not-so-traditional program for the traditional Night of Museums and Galleries. Well, tell me, if you have ever played the game “Man, don´t get angry” in the museum? Have you ever literally gotten into the human eye or ear? That´s possible in this museum thanks to the 3D models?
The tour of the museum will take place on May 19, 2018. “We have prepared guided and experiential tours of our interactive exhibition for visitors. We will accompany you every two hours, from 12:00 to 18:00. We will show you not only original teaching aids, relief portraits of important personalities, but much more,” Štefánia Petreková, head of the museum.
The museum tour will also include the current exhibition of the painter with physical disability Pavlina Csápai – Triščová. Despite the disability, she fully perceives the world around her and her artwork: The world painted with her legs is full of fantasy and colors.
The museum awaits its visitors at the Night of Museums and Galleries on May 19, 2018, from 12:00 to 18:00.
